Traditional Free Range Norfolk Bronze Christmas Turkeys
Welcome to Fulmerfields farm Turkey website.
The festive season is always many months away when our one day old turkey poults arrive on our farm. To begin with our turkeys are kept at a constant temperature when, at eight weeks old, they are able to enjoy the best possible living conditions as they spend their time roaming outdoors.
They eat only GM free locally grown feed with no artificial additives or hormone growth promoters and are finished on rolled barley.
Our free range Turkeys are bred especially for Christmas allowing them to mature slowly over a period of 22 weeks.
The processing of our Turkeys is completed on the farm, once the birds have been 'hand' plucked, they are hung to allow the flavour to mature at a constant temperature for a minimum of 7-10 days.
The Turkeys are presented in carry-home boxes, where there will be the birds own giblets, cooking instructions, a pop-rite cooking timer (which will enable you to clearly determine when the turkey is ready) and a sprig of rosemary. This will provide all you need for the perfect Turkey at Christmas.
